You know, I honestly hadn’t thought a lot about the Olympics until I stumbled upon images of anti-terrorism exercises by Chinese military and police. I suppose I should also point out (although I believe I mentioned it in an earlier post) I am a huge fan of “Big Picture” news. It just makes everything more interesting.

Sports Illustrated has an excellent article on Lance Armstrong. It focuses on life after cycling and the LAF. It is quite informative if you are interested in L.A., and there are even some hilarious quotes from conversations between Lance and Bruyneel.
“There’s snow six kilometers from the top”
“Huh?”
“You cannot pass.”
“How much snow?”
“A lot. From an avalanche.”
“What if I keep going?”
Rock on.

Lance Armstrong was cleared of all doping charges today by independent Dutch investigators. And that is all I have to say about that.

After watching “Les Plus Beaux Points” you would have to be crazy to not want to quit your job, move to China (or Korea), and become a professional table tennis rockstar. 49 shots… Unreal.

Google has all of the Superbowl XL Commercials. They are all quite hilarious, especially the Budweiser, Ameriquest, and Nationwide commercials.

Pittsburgh Steelers win Super Bowl XL!.
It was a brilliant display of football excellence (no matter how much *some* of you complain about the officiating). ;) It was the perfect way for Jerome Bettis to end his career, especially in his home town of Detroit. I wonder what I will get with my winnings (after I order my Superbowl XL Jersey).
Sorry Hurst. Maybe next year.
