Hell yes. I don’t care who you are, Christopher Walken is the coolest individual on the planet. And so you can’t go wrong by watching his video of how to roast a chicken. He needs his own show on the Food Network.

My mom bought me a George Foreman G5 for Christmas.  Well, “I” bought it but she paid for it since flying it home from N.S. would most likely result in my being delayed for eternity at HFX.  So, I don’t know what happened but the box accidentally opened when D.G. and I got home. :)  We made waffles (it comes with 5 swapable trays) in about 2 minutes.  It was brilliant.  I can’t wait to spend the rest of the week cooking stuff.
