		<description>i disagree...not to be difficult but for the following.

1. no one is ever tidy in the over method and a long chunk is always left dangling, this of course makes the toilet paper rolll actually consume more space in the bath room, this in turn puts undue focus on the roll.

2. i always put it under and keep it short not on the floor that's just gross;)</description>
